Parole in Place

At Eve’s Immigration Services, we recognize the sacrifice of members of the Armed Forces and their families. Parole in Place was created specifically to protect and support undocumented family members of military personnel, allowing them to remain legally in the United States.

As a State-Certified Immigration Consultant, Eve offers non-legal assistance in preparing and submitting the Parole in Place application, ensuring that your forms are correctly completed and that your documentation meets USCIS.

What is Parole in Place (PIP)?

A Parole in Place application is an immigration benefit that grants temporary permission to remain legally within the United States to certain immediate family members of:

  • Active-duty members of the U.S. Armed Forces
  • Honorably discharged veterans
  • Members of the Reserve or National Guard.

This permission allows the beneficiary to remain in the country without risk of deportation and, in some cases, to qualify for Adjustment of Status and obtain permanent residency (a Green Card).

Family Members Who May Qualify

Beneficiaries of Parole in Place may include:

  • Spouses of military members or veterans
  • Parents of military members or veterans
  • Unmarried children under 21 years old of military members or veterans

Each case is unique, and it is important to submit appropriate evidence demonstrating the family relationship and the military status of the sponsor.
