Removal of Conditions on Permanent Residence

At Eve’s Immigration Services, we understand how important it is to keep your immigration status stable and protected. If you obtained conditional residency, you must submit the Form to remove the conditions on your residency and obtain your permanent Green Card.

As a State-Certified Immigration Consultant, Eve offers non-legal assistance to correctly prepare your application, gather evidence of your relationship, and submit the forms to USCIS without errors or delays.

What Does ‘Conditional Residency’ Mean?

A conditional permanent resident receives a permanent resident card (known as a Green Card) valid for a period of two (2) years. To remove the conditions imposed on their permanent resident status, they must file a petition to do so within 90 days before the card expires.
